Go to school and find that...

Eh !? Today is still holiday?? I was just feeling strange that there weren't too many cars at the car park when I arrive at LI. When I was about to 'open ' the door (surely it's impossible), I saw the paper on the pane printed that '3/18~3/22 Easter Holiday.' Shocking...I'm literally wasting my time. Who's that told me that we had 4-day holidays??

Raglan --- these things really come in threes …or fours !?

Everyone was waiting. We had decided to get together at school at 8 o’clock in the morning and start our Raglan trip; unfortunately one of our mates did not come and it inhibited us from starting out fix nearly 1 hour (and eventually he told us he was not coming with us, therefore there were only 4 people: our teacher, a Japanese friend, a Tajikistan friend and me). I thought it was a bad start since our journey was delayed. Anyway, we set off from our school at 9 o’clock by our teacher’s car. On our way to Raglan, there was a detour toward a waterfall with a beautiful name called “Bridal Veil”. I had been to Raglan once before, but I had not heard that there was a waterfall around this area and that really stimulated my curiosity. Getting out of the car, we had to move to the waterfall on foot in the bush. The 15-minutes walk in a steep valley was not really tough, but the wet and irregular terrain was. Finally we arrived at the first destination – literally a veil-like waterfall. We took many pictures there, but somehow my camera stopped working after I had taken some. After that, we headed toward our main destination - Raglan. Unlike my first experience in Raglan, which was a windy and rainy day, it was a beautiful sunny day. Even though some do not like the black sand there, we considered it as a fascinating scenic spot. As usual, we wanted to take some pictures there. Standing on the sea shore, we were about to take some photos when some other tourists were laughing strangely. No sooner had we finished picturing than a huge sea wave splashed toward us, and it was too late to run! Not to mention we all got wet. Having had the crash course at the seashore, we had a fresh fish ‘n’ chip for our lunch and went straight back to our school. It was just yummy! Due to being unable to take photos with my own camera during the trip, I wanted to ask my other mates to share those photos with me. Unfortunately, they had deleted those photos by mistake and there was nothing we could do about it. In this case, I think we should say that these things really come in “fours”.
